Member Rules

Scarlet Ranch is a private membership club and is not open to the general public. You must be a member and have signed a membership agreement to attend events.

Upon entry into Scarlet Ranch, you must pay an event fee and your annual membership dues must be current. Prices for special functions or events are posted with the details of the function or event listed in events. Your state issued I.D. or valid drivers license complete with photo is required.

Prospective members can take a complimentary tour of the facilities. Please be aware: there may be nudity and sexual activity on the premises. If this offends you in any way, or you feel this constitutes lewd or lascivious behavior, do not complete the tour or complete an application.

If you are a law enforcement officer, government official, representative of a government agency, or a member of the press or news media you must state so prior to completing a membership application or before entering Scarlet Ranch. Your occupation does not automatically exclude you from membership.

Paid escorts or any other persons named in Colorado’s prostitution laws are prohibited from club activities at all times. Scarlet Ranch does not allow any member to pay, agree to pay, accept payment, or agree to accept payment to engage in any form of entertainment or sexual activity with another person.

No drugs, weapons, prostitution, soliciting, cameras, recording devices (either audio or video) are allowed.

Vandalism or theft of Scarlet Ranch property and/or property of other members of Scarlet Ranch is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No responsibility is assumed or implied for security of personal property or for injuries incurred as a result of personal activities or consequences of personal lifestyle choices.

Any violation of any of the above of proscribed conduct is cause for immediate removal from club functions and possible permanent exclusion from club membership and club functions/events with no refund of annual club membership dues or function/event fees.

Memberships are non-transferable.

Additional club rules

Please do not engage in heavy sexual activity (oral sex or intercourse) in the main room. Nudity and exhibitionism is allowed. Please confine heavy sexual activity to the play areas in the back.

Scarlet Ranch employees are not permitted to engage in any activities of a sexual nature while they are working.

We provide soft drinks and mixers for your drinks. We require that you leave your beverages with the receptionist at the front desk where it will be labeled and sent to the bar. Bartenders will mix your drinks for you at your request. Your bottles may be held at the bar for your next visit or taken with you at the end of the evening.

Some parties have a theme that may suggest certain attire for the evening. You are not required to dress for the theme, however, we do ask that you dress to impress. "Nice casual" is suggested for the gentlemen. Ladies usually enjoy wearing something a little sexy or slinky, but you may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, sneakers, t-shirts, caps or work boots. Enforcement of the dress code is at the discretion of the Scarlet Ranch management and is subject to change without notice.

What happens between you and any other consenting adult is your business. The dues and event fees are for club membership and attendance at club events and in no way imply you will be provided sexual services. This is an alternative lifestyle/swingers club. You may see nudity or sexual activity between consenting adults. You agree that this is not offensive to you in any way and in no way see this as lewd or lascivious behavior. You agree to take responsibility for yourself and will say NO to anything you do not want to do when approached by another person.

No means no and there will be no attempt to force or coerce any person to participate in any activity to which they have declined. No does not mean ask again in a different manner or require an explanation as to why not. Courteous behavior in this and all activities in the club is expected and required.

Harassment of any type to other members or employees is strictly prohibited.
